However, we do understand that this may not always be possible, so we can also accommodate same-day appointments if required. Our flexible scheduling allows us to offer appointments at most times, including both weekdays and weekends, to better suit your schedule.

What kind of guarantees do you offer?

Our primary goal is to ensure your absolute satisfaction. Should the final images not meet your expectations, we are committed to making additional edits until they align with your vision. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the desired results, we offer a 100% refund guarantee. However, certain exceptions may apply, and these will be clearly communicated to you prior to your session.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. These include Credit or Debit cards, Cash, Checks, and payments through Zelle.

How long does it take to get my pictures?

Our goal is to deliver your pictures within a timeframe of 3 to 5 days. However, please note that for shoots involving a large number of images or ones that require extensive editing, the delivery time might be extended. We prioritize maintaining the quality of your images. Rest assured, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the conclusion of your session.

Do you require a deposit?

In most cases, we do not ask for a deposit. However, for highly specialized and creative shoots that necessitate the use of custom props, backdrops or specialized lighting, we may require an upfront deposit to cover the costs of advanced planning and production. Should this be necessary, we will promptly inform you and discuss the details.

Do you allow pets at the studio?

Absolutely! We are huge animal lovers and warmly welcome pets at our studio. They often make for the most photogenic subjects!

What if I need to rescheduale or cancel?

We understand that unexpected events may necessitate changes to your plans. In most cases, we are able to accommodate rescheduling requests. However, if you need to cancel altogether, we fully understand and respect your decision. We kindly request that you inform us as promptly as possible, to allow us to adjust our schedule accordingly.
